Serious Issues with Galson – Read Before You Hire Them

We hired Galson for a full renovation of our jewellery store in Cologne. What we experienced was delays, poor workmanship, and broken agreements. -We had agreed on high-capacity air conditioning units, but Galson replaced them with weaker models to save money – without informing us. -Furniture came with incorrect measurements. -Electrical work was incomplete and unprofessional. -Communication was nearly non-existent. -The team repeatedly left the job unfinished. After many attempts to resolve things, nothing was corrected. We are now pursuing legal action and hiring new contractors to fix the damage. We strongly advise against working with this company.
